This Watercolor Painting is made on a 300lb Arches Cold Pressed Paper, detailed with ink and acrylic marker.

This building is known for its bright "Keep Buffalo A Secret" Slogan. It was once home to local manufacturers Oxford Pennant. Known for their felt products - camp flags, banners, and other iconic items. They have moved their facility as of July 2026 to a larger facility in Buffalo. They were originally the inspiration behind painting this piece, but now
